PERI delivers and installs new computer workstations at the Chamber’s Business High Tech Center

Los Angeles, CA – The Latino Business Chamber of Greater Los Angeles
(LBC-GLA) has joined other organizations in keeping up with technology thanks to PERI Software Solutions, Inc., which installed five computer work stations today (Tuesday). The

Center is located at the Chambers new offices in downtown Los Angeles located at 634 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, 90014.

Earlier this summer, the Chamber held a recent open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to officially dedicate its new offices and High Tech Center. The five work-stations were donated by PERI Software Solutions, Inc., which also has a Los Angeles office downtown, in the Wells Fargo Tower in the business district.

While at East West Bank he grew their small business lending from $18MM to over $45MM within the first year. He also took the bank from ranked 300 to ranked 99 for U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) nationally, becoming one of the top 100 banks in the country per the SBA rankings.

Holguin also managed one of the largest Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) in the country (a SBA program) with over 11 locations throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties many with low/mod census areas as well as federal empowerment zones. As part of the SBDC program he oversaw the Capital Access Center and was one of the top producing SBA loan packaging intermediaries within the tri county region.He also has over 20 years private sector experience in technology, manufacturing, retail, and publishing environments. He was also the Director of Business Operations & CIO for Hispanic Business Magazine Inc.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with concentration in business operations and strategic planning.

Holguin sits on the boards of the San Fernando Valley Financial Development Corporation, Economic Alliance, and the Boy Scouts of America. Past chair of the Supervisory Committee for the Pacoima Federal Credit Union, and is an Adjunct Faculty at Cal State Northridge, College of Business & Economics.
